American freight brokerage company, with a branch office in Chisinau, is actively recruiting motivated, hard-working candidates to join the team.
No experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Track final delivery through to customers door;
Operational accounting and vendor invoice review and validation;
Check the load updates with the dispatchers/shippers/receivers;
Enter shipment details into the internal database;
Communicate with carrier stakeholders;
Research shipment tracking requests and provides feedback;
Completing additional tasks as needed.
Skills / Requirements:
Intermediate to Advanced English level;
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new operating systems;
Ability to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner;
Attention to detail and multitasking;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work Monday-Friday 15:00-24:00.
