Customer support specialist

Oculeus IT Services is part of Oculeus Germany, the market leading developer of operational international voice management tools.
We are looking for the customer service specialist to join our international support team.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting Company products and clients
* Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot problems
* Testing and supporting new applications
* Supporting internal development process

Requirements:
* University degree in Information Technologies/Telecommunications or current study.
* Advanced PC user. Good knowledge of Office applications
* Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English.
* No working experience required, full training provided.
* Good analytical skills
* Self-motivated, open-minded, eager to learn.


Optional requirements:

* Basic knowledge of SQL
* Basic knowledge of Delphi or Python would be a plus.
* Knowledge of German, French or Spanish
* Call Center or Customer support experience.
