We are looking for an awesome Customer Support Agent to join our young and vibrant AI Startup company.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-Process and answer all customers' requests via phone and email
-Fix and explain all misconfigurations, questions, issues from customers
-Report to Development team all bugs and feature requests reported
-Maintain good communication with our customers
Implement customer-specific requirements on the GoParrot platform
Experience
-MongoDB / Postgres proven basic knowledge
-HTML/CSS/JS Basic knowledge
-Customer support experience (huuuge advantage)
-Comfortable using the computer, Microsoft Office (focus on Word/Excel), and databases
-Upper-intermediate/advanced English language skills (verbal and written)
-Higher education in IT (not mandatory, but would be lovely)
Key Competencies
-a willingness to learn (training provided)
-communication skills - verbal and written
-strong listening skills
-multitasking skills
-attention to detail and accuracy
-positive attitude
-ope for night shifts
