Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality support for the customers of Sun Communications performed through our Call Center and Customer Service Front Offices;
- Recruit and staff customer service professionals;
- Ensure regular training programs for all customer service employees;
- Oversee quality control and customer satisfaction feedback. Ensure that customer service group delivers timely, high quality and professional - customer support to all customers at all times;
- Conduct customer satisfaction and retention programs to increase customer satisfaction;
- Organize regular team building and employee satisfaction activities for the customer service group;

Qualifications and skills required:
- University degree;
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in customer support or related activity;
- Managerial experience with a large group of employees and specialists;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Knowledge of the basics of psychology and the principles of sales;
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English languages;

- Very strong communications and interpersonal skills;

- Exactingness, leadership, resoluteness;
- Ability to perform well under pressure;
