CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER

Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to provide second line maintenance for ATM banking products (and others) with an emphasis on HW & SW problem diagnosis by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Perform basic installation and minor repairs on all ATM products (multiple manufacturers) and services.
2. Prioritizing and planning service calls.
3. Contacting customer with the estimated time of arrival.
4. Escalating problems when appropriate.
5. Reassigning calls when appropriate.
6. Interact in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to foster positive relationships.
7. Maintain effective communication with Business Management Team.
8. Provides maintenance on ATM banking products to include: problem diagnosis, component level repair, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining spare parts levels.
9. Perform some minor maintenance on ATMs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.).
10. Complete equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement. -Perform basic installation functions (e.g. pulling cable, mounting devices, installing Mas-Hamilton locks).

Qualifications:
• Electrical/Electronic/IT University Degree;
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (experience in HW installation and maintenance);
• Driver licence B category;
• Excellent Command of the Romanian, Russian and English Language ;
• Able to lift up to 30-40 kg;
• Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills;
