MIT-Center (https://mit-center.eu/) is a Moldovan NGO fighting for ensuring the young generation their right of access to education based on cutting-edge learning programs and technologies. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate trainer eager to develop hybrid education in Moldova and courageous enough to dive into new things and approaches.
Requirements:
- enormous interest in digital learning content design is essential;
- IT or Pedagogics educational background;
- instructional design skills (ability to create impactful learning content and to design teaching courses);
- organizational skills (time-management, team communication, planning);
- fluent English is mandatory;
- experience in teaching and working with LMS would be an advantage;
Responsibilities:
- coaching students during the learning process;
- designing training programs and improving existing materials by analyzing, reviewing and editing;
- advising on facilitation of learning process;
- holding presentations and lectures within established learning courses;
