Claim administrator

Hey friends!

Skycop is looking for new team members! We need 2-3 Claim Administrators with experience in the travel industry. Freelance work, salary up to 800 EUR gross.

What you'll do:

- Communicate with customers and airlines via email.
- Assist customers in obtaining compensation from airlines.
- Analyze claims and prepare documents for legal proceedings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

- Excellent English skills.
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Remote work, but you must be located in Moldova.
