I am Vika, a recruiter representing CRMiUM, a prominent multi-system CRM and ERP integrator in Ukraine. Our focus is on aiding businesses in automating operations for enhanced efficiency and profitability. Currently, we are in search of a Business Analyst for Zoho CRM implementation projects.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
1. Proven experience in implementing and/or configuring HRM/CRM/ERP systems.
2. Profound understanding of business processes.
3. Ability to articulate tasks clearly and concisely.
4. Proficiency in customer-centric communication.
5. Conversational proficiency in the Romanian language.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Gathering and analyzing client business requirements, designing optimal solutions.
2. Configuring CRM systems using user-friendly tools.
3. Formatting and importing data from xls, csv files.
4. Configuring dashboards and reports using built-in tools.
5. Testing configured functionality.
6. Supporting new and existing clients during CRM system implementation and usage.
7. Conducting training sessions or creating instructional materials for clients on system usage.
Working conditions:
- Salary will be discussed based on interview results.
- Flexible working hours.
- Full remote work.
- Absence of micromanagement.
