We are seeking a talented Transversal Solution Architect (TSA) to join our dynamic team. As a TSA, you will be instrumental in defining cross-functional architectures for IT transformation projects.
Collaborating closely with product teams, architects, and stakeholders, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable and innovative solutions that align with business goals and leverage technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture definition workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and needs.
- Identify data sources, interfaces, and assess macro-impacts on current and future products.
- Champion innovation opportunities through technological breakthroughs and digitalization strategies.
- Define target architectures and develop detailed steps to achieve them, documenting within the architecture repository.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to define comprehensive IT transformation plans and manage the portfolio of architectural studies.
- Contribute to defining enterprise business information models and their application across global projects.
- Build and maintain the architecture mapping repository, continuously improving architecture principles and guidelines.
- Define and implement tools to standardize and industrialize architecture activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Participate in architecture governance bodies, providing strategic insights and recommendations for project decision-making.
- Architecture guidelines and specifications tailored to project scopes and business requirements.
- Updated application mappings and architectural documentation reflecting current and future state architectures.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies within the architecture squad, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
- Engage in peer meetings to discuss ongoing architectural challenges and opportunities.
- Contribute insights and collaborate effectively within your chapter and across multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with international clients, partners, and subsidiaries as needed, ensuring alignment with global architectural standards and strategies.
- Hold a Master’s degree in IT or a related field, with over 10 years of progressive experience in architecture roles.
- Dual expertise in Business and IT, ideally within industries such as engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Proven track record in international environments and matrix organizations, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.
- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture principles, with a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, architecture trends, urbanization constraints, operations, and security.
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, data management, and interoperability issues.
- Proficiency in architecture modeling techniques and methodologies, with a focus on agility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Pragmatic approach to architecture, prioritizing practical solutions and business outcomes over purely technical considerations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile Architecture, Architecture Governance, Cloud Integrations, and scalable architectures.
- Experience contributing to architecture communities, enhancing principles, guidelines, and tools to advance architectural practices.
