Technical Content Management Specialist

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Technical Content Management Specialist to work with our International Partners.

The Technical Content Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and updating content across various platforms, including Storyblok, SAP-TUA, and Butter CMS. The role involves configuring product and promotional content, maintaining language versions, and collaborating with the marketing team to support the creation of landing pages and other marketing materials. This position also includes creating comprehensive documentation and instructional resources to guide the content team. The specialist will work closely with UAT testers to ensure quality releases and updates.

what you will be doing:

• Product configuration and updates in Storyblok
• Promotional configurations in Storyblok and SAP-TUA
• Configure forms in Storyblok and Pardot
• Configure and maintain language versions in Storyblok (EN, GE, FR, IT)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update landing pages
• Assist in testing and updating mobile, tablet, and desktop versions of the website
• Perform basic content management updates using Butter CMS
• Work with UAT testers to document new components and create instructional materials
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful releases
• Ensure promotional codes are configured and functional within SAP-TUA

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent English
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Storyblok and Butter CMS
• Experience with SAP-TUA and Pardot configuration or similar
• Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
• Experience working with UAT and basic testing of web pages across different platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Prior experience creating detailed documentation and instructional materials
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and content promotion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in noticing improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Analytical and process-driven approach
