Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and driving business results through effective social media marketing. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media presence, from content creation to community management and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive leads.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, recruiting, operations) to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media budget effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (ideally 2+ years).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating engaging content (e.g., graphic design, video editing skills a plus).
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
