Role Overview:

As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist at Frank Technology SRL, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping our email marketing department from the ground up. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of marketing campaigns and strategies, driving engagement and conversion through targeted email communications. Additionally, you will be instrumental in recruiting and building a high-performing team to support our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Create and execute strategies to grow our email subscriber base and increase engagement metrics.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email performance and deliver targeted, personalized content to our audience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align email marketing initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
• Lead the recruitment and development of a talented email marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, deliverability, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Experience leading and managing a team, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
