Sales & Customer Support Specialist

LOGISTICS & DISPATCH COMPANY (Chișinău, Moldova) is expanding its team!

We are looking for a motivated and communicative professional to join us in a Sales & Customer Support role, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting business growth in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to potential clients and present our services
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Provide customer support and handle inquiries in real time
• Collaborate with our dispatching team (who will manage transport operations)
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive offers
• Report activities and results regularly

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced English (C1 level – spoken & written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales or customer support (required)
• Knowledge of the U.S. logistics market and pricing (a plus)
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented personality
