Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of safety associate.

While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities for safety associate:

• Track/ file / DOT Roadside Inspection activities and documents
• Conduct DOT training for drivers and Managers
• Conduct DOT self-assessments and participate in Annual DOT audit process
• Create Spreadsheets and reports as required
• Train backfill personnel
• Must quickly understand the client’s business process governing safety activities to help organize and execute project activities
• Implement, execute, ensure compliance with the FMCSA policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations
• Qualifications for safety associate
• Conduct Initiatives
• Analyze safety performance indicators to identify trends, improvement opportunities, or specific intervention needs, and provide effective solutions
• Deliver safety training programs and materials
• Assist or develop (or facilitate diverse teams to develop) programs, policies and procedures and coordinate implementation to assure the health and safety of personnel while controlling company losses
• Assist with the Driver Qualifications Workflow
• Assist with the IFTA reporting and audits

Starting Salary from 1500$ depending on the experience and efficiency.
