Road Call Coordinator - (Maintenance Department)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous proven minimum 6 months work experience in the same position (Road Call Coordinator)
• Very high negotiation and communication skills
• English speaker
• Basic Knowledge of truck parts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Stress resistance and ability to manage and remain result-oriented in non-standard situations.
• Attentive to details, responsible, and focus-minded
• Desire to develop, grow, and work in a team.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Work obligations:

• Respond to roadside calls regarding breakdowns.
• Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to diagnose issues.
• Coordinate with roadside assistance services for repairs and towing as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, providing updates and support.
• Document all incidents and repairs accurately in the system.
• Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on vehicle maintenance and emergency procedures.
