Recruiter (Remote), Chisinau

Responsibilities:

• Posting job openings on various platforms.
• Actively sourcing candidates through different channels (job boards, social networks, referrals).
• Conducting initial phone screenings.
• Selecting candidates according to the company's requirements.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
• Supporting candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Monitoring the labor market and optimizing recruitment methods.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably high-volume hiring).
• Fluent Romanian and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle large hiring volumes.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
