Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing their ability to create intuitive and visually appealing products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, engineers, and AI specialist, to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Frank Technology, a new Tunetanken branch in Moldova, is a company that develops, produces, and markets a large number of different products manufactured wholly or partly in fibre-reinforced composite materials. Job Description:

• Develop and iterate on product designs from concept to execution;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and define design solutions;
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual language across products;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Driving license category B is an advantage;
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is an advantage;
• Positive attitude, initiative.
