Your Role
As an OTR Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person when drivers face technical issues on the road.
You’ll guide them step-by-step through truck, trailer, and reefer troubleshooting — helping them get back on track quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for truck, trailer, and reefer repairs
• Help diagnose issues such as electrical faults, air system leaks, reefer errors, and mechanical breakdowns
• Communicate clearly and professionally in fluent English
• Support drivers in stressful roadside situations with patience and expertise
• Keep detailed records of service requests and the solutions provided

We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of semi-truck, trailer, or reefer systems
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and guide others clearly
• Prior experience as a mechanic, technician, or roadside repair specialist is a big plus
• Availability to work 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova time)
