We are looking for:
.NET Technical Lead
We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive .NET Technical Lead who is also excited to take on a dual role: shaping the technical foundation and acting as a bridge between the client and the development team. You will play a critical role in defining and delivering a product in the electric battery recycling space—both from a technical and a product perspective.
You will lead a small but growing team of developers, guide technical decisions on architecture, scalability, and infrastructure, and work closely with the client to understand business goals, define requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and deliverables.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET/C# development
- Strong experience with .NET, microservices, and DevOps practices
- Experience with WCF/Web Services, Blazor, SQL, JWT, MVC
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working directly with product owners or clients is a plus
- Fluency in English (Advanced level)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, or a related field
What You’ll Do
Technical Leadership
- Design, develop, and implement software features based on detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Drive architecture and system design decisions
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews and test coverage
- Coordinate the efforts of the development team and mentor more junior members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Provide estimates and lead sprint planning sessions
Product Owner Support
- Work closely with the client (Product Owner) to gather, clarify, and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into technical tasks and ensure alignment with the team
- Help prioritize backlog items and suggest trade-offs between scope, time, and resources
- Support user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and release planning
- Act as the main point of contact between the business side and the development team
- Support testing, participate in UAT, and ensure that delivered functionality meets business goals
