.NET Developer Lead – Integration I IT

We are looking for a talented .Net Developer Lead, Integration Team.

Responsibilities will include coordinating the integration development team, designing and implementing integration solutions, ensuring system interoperability, and maintaining high performance and security standards.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing the integration .NET developers team;
Designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions between banking applications and external systems;
Building and using microservices, APIs, and middleware to ensure seamless communication between systems;
Ensuring a high level of performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions;
Integrating developments into the DevOps (CI/CD) flow applied within the bank;
Maintaining code quality and promoting automated testing practices;
Actively participating in the design of integration architectures and technological solutions.

Skills and competencies that make you suitable for this position:

Strong knowledge of .NET (preferably C#), OOP, Design Patterns, and IoC;
Proven experience in developing integration solutions (web services, APIs, middleware);
Advanced knowledge of web service design (SOAP, RESTful APIs, gRPC);
Good knowledge of integration patterns and best practices (Enterprise Integration Patterns, event-driven architecture, messaging queues);
Experience with tools and technologies such as XML, JSON, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar;
Good knowledge of SQL databases and experience with stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization;
Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines;
Excellent leadership and project management skills;
Ability to make quick and effective decisions in complex integration scenarios;
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
