Manual QA Engineer (with Salesforce only)

As part of the company’s expansion in Moldova, we are looking for a professional to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Client's AWS backend services and systems;
• Utilize automation tools and frameworks to automate testing processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and accuracy;
• Conduct API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and performance;
• Work closely with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely feedback and solutions;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of software releases;
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA testing and the financial domain.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer;
• Experience with manual testing of CRM Systems: Salesforce;
• Knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud);
• Familiar with AWS services and cloud computing concepts;
• Hands-on experience with AWS backend service testing;
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile environments;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.;
• Excellent English including strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
• Flexibility to work until 1PM CST if/when needed;
• Confidence/Ability to work independently and recommend best QA Approaches;
• Experience with API Testing including Postman, Swagger or similar;
• Experience with Version Control Tools including GitHub, Bitbucket, SourceTree or similar;
• Project Management & Bug Tracking: Jira;
• Experience with Documentation Tools including Confluence, Zephyr Scale or similar;
• API, Functional, Integration, E2E testing types;
• Basic knowledge in Security & Performance testing.
