We Are Hiring: Sales Manager – Export Markets in Europe
Ready to contribute to our international expansion? Join Acvila Group as a Sales Manager for Export Markets in Europe and play a key role in growing our customer base across the continent!

Your Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the identification of new business opportunities, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and drive sales growth in international markets. You will be responsible for exploring key markets, creating tailored offers, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Sales Opportunities: Prospect key clients and explore new business avenues across Europe.
  • Consult & Advise Clients: Provide expert guidance on our products and collections to meet client needs.
  • Prepare & Present Offers: Create and present customized, compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Business Trips Abroad: Travel to meet clients and attend international events.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Higher education and proven experience in sales (ideally in an international context).
  • Client Relationship Skills: We’re looking for individuals who can build long-term relationships with our clients, based on trust and humanity.
  • Multilingual Skills: Fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian (essential for communication across Europe).
  • Driving License: Category B and a personal car (a plus for travel flexibility).
  • Skills & Attributes: Initiative, teamwork, punctuality, and responsibility.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in working with PCs and relevant software.
