Maintenance Engineer | Bălți

To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer:

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Higher technical education
• Experience in automation / electronics / electrical or mechanical engineering field – minim 1 year
• Romanian and English are a must
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Competencies in servicing and repairing industrial equipment
• Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates the maintenance activity from the technical point of view
• Proposes and implements corrective / preventive actions for the activity in the maintenance
• Supervises maintenance workers and evaluates them from technical point of view
• Plans and undertakes scheduled maintenance
• Installs and fits new parts in order to ensure equipment functionality
• Ensures support in emergency cases, unplanned problems
• Repairs and performs root cause analysis of breakdowns
• Works with PLC programmer for quick problem solving and ensures that there is a continuous backup solution in case of breakdown
• Keeps evidence of the conducted work; checks and ensures that the performance indicators are achieved
