With offices in Chisinau and Tbilisi, and remote workers, we are expanding our team and seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join us.
About Tenderwell
Tenderwell is the newest venture powered by DevelopmentAid, a global leader in the international development sector with 15+ years of experience. Tenderwell is designed to connect organizations with curated development tenders and opportunities—faster, smarter, and globally.
With the energy of a startup and the credibility of an established brand, we are building a small, agile team to scale Tenderwell—and we are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to develop a data aggregation system which collects information from external platforms, normalizes it and saves it for later analysis.

What You Will Do
- Turn ideas and requirements into working code (with help from the team).
- Work with your teammates to plan tasks and solve challenges.
- Test, review, and improve your code — and sometimes review others’ code.
- Communicate clearly about your progress and challenges.
What We Are Looking For
- Any level of programming experience — self-taught, online courses, university studies, or personal projects are all welcome.
- Solid understanding of at least one high-level programming language such as Java, Kotlin, C#, PHP or Python.
- Good knowledge of any software development tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (HTTP, SSH, etc.).
- Conversational English skills (minimum B1) — enough to express your ideas clearly and understand others; Russian is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work with cloud-based development tools.
- Familiarity with Linux (both desktop interface and terminal) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude — not afraid to ask questions, share ideas, and try new things.
