Responsibilities:
• Participation in IT projects for the development of enterprise-level information systems;
• Preparation of technical specifications and diagrams;
• Creation of advanced process flowcharts;
• Collaboration with the designer to create product prototypes;
• Management of the Product Backlog;
• Close collaboration with the development team during sprints;
• Processing requests for proposals and preparing technical documentation;
• Managing communication with clients.

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (mandatory);
• University degree in IT or a related field;
• Experience participating in IT projects based on Agile methodology (mandatory);
• Ability to analyze business requirements and identify possible solutions;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels, both internally and externally;
• CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certification is an advantage.
