US Software Solutions is looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and define recruitment needs;
• Create compelling job descriptions and post vacancies across various job boards and platforms;
• Source, assess, and screen candidates through resume reviews and prescreening interviews;
• Identify and engage with top talent through proactive headhunting and networking;
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit;
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and deadlines;
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth hiring process;
• Report the weekly progress and results for the Direct Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred);
• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Proactive, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision;
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously;
