US Software Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support the company’s financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance through forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and market analysis, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth;
• Drive improved financial performance through data-driven analysis and actionable insights;
• Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning;
• Prepare clear, well-structured financial reports and present recommendations to management and executives;
• Support capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes;
• Partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting;
• Reconcile transactions by cross-referencing incoming and outgoing financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity;
• Conduct comparable company analysis and market research to support internal financial and strategic decisions;
• Monitor U.S. market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes, translating findings into practical business insights;
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in business finance, financial analysis, or a related role;
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis;
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a strong plus;
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both written and spoken;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into strategic insights;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
