F&D / Kitchen Coordinator

Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel announce a vacant position for Food & Drinks and Kitchen Coordinator in F&D Department who will be responsible for administrative responsibilities of the F&D Department (including Kitchen section).

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily/weekly agenda of F&D Director;
• Takes on the administrative responsibilities of the F&D Department, including Kitchen section;
• Assists for creating food and drink menus;
• Adds menus to outlets in timely manner;
• Is in charge of taking inventory of stock;
• Preparation of promotional materials;
• Plans and co-ordinates in-house activities and package plans with F&D Director;
• Provide administrative support for the preparation of department meetings including the preparation of agendas, distribution of papers, minute taking, and follow up action on matters arising from meetings to enhance the effectiveness of those meetings
• Monitors hotel’s overall service and team work daily;
• Other duties which can appear during the working process.

Studies and Experience:

• University graduation;
• Communication, marketing or public relations experience;
• Experience in Hospitality business is a big advantage.

Personal Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in Romanian, Russian and English;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
• Flexible, hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook; show respect and cooperate with the guests and team;
• Figures and report oriented as well good analytical thinking;
• Well organized and able to plan and perform activities in a very efficient manner;
• Responsible, very accurate, result-oriented.
