About Us
Optimus Prime Transportation Inc. is a family-owned company operating a modern fleet of 50+ units, including Mack, Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks (2022–2026 models).
We specialize in stepdeck, flatbed, and conestoga trailers, handling high-sensitivity loads nationwide. Our trusted partners include TQL, Coyote, Landstar, JB Hunt, and more.
Position Benefits
- Salary: $1,000 – $6,000 monthly (based on performance)
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Performance Pay: 2.5% of gross + hefty bonus from partial
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Summary
The Dispatcher plays a vital role in orchestrating operations for our diverse fleet. You will ensure optimal coordination, problem-solving, and support for both drivers and customers, helping us deliver service at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members
- Provide driver support and resolve operational challenges
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and enhance operational efficiency
- Strategically allocate loads, balancing profitability and service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience preferred
- Fluent English (advanced written and verbal communication)
- Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Availability to work the 3 PM – 12 AM shift
