KeepUp Systems is looking for:
Customer Support with knowledge of Czech
KeepUp Systems offers IT consulting tailored to client’s needs, focusing on CRM, feedback collection, and quality control.
The company also provides software development, infrastructure maintenance, and customization. With expertise in automation, data security, and project management tools, KeepUp Systems deliver comprehensive solutions.
The position provides a convenient work schedule as well as the opportunity to practice foreign languages and improve communication skills. We are looking for a person interested in long-term cooperation and willing to respond to customer requests and solve product problems with the team. An analytical mindset and creative approach will come in handy.
You will:
- Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.
- Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Consider complaints.
- Report technical and other problems to your manager.
We expect you to have:
- Experience in operating or supporting a 24/7 high-availability service/platform.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of spoken and written Czech.
- Be able to work day and night shifts.
