Our client, a worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Moldova, is announcing an opening of the position

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, CHISINAU

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To lead, develop and implement Categories Strategies in Channels to increase sales revenues in accordance with Market Strategy of Moldova;
  • To present and align Categories Strategies in Channels with key stakeholders;
  • To participate in all the meetings with Key Customers and coordinate the implementation of actions agreed;
  • To manage Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process in Moldova;
  • To develop Categories management plans in Channels;
  • To analyze shopper and consumer behavior and develop insights;
  • To analyze competitors activities and provide forecast for future trends in the market;
  • To develop Selling Stories by Categories;
  • To lead Category Management projects with Key Customers;
  • To lead New Products Introduction in Channels;
  • To lead promo mechanics development;
  • To lead the project of SAP Implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education (Business Management, Marketing or Economic specialties are preferred);
  • 5 years experience (FMCG sector will be a benefit) in marketing, sales or trade function;
  • Successful experience in the development and implementation of promotional activities of the brand in BTL, product development;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of shopper behavior;
  • Understanding of PNL;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Fluent English and Romanian (free) in writing and orally;
  • Experience of project management;
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
  • Excellent agility and learning skills.
