Carrier Sales Representative (Sign Up Bonus of $1000)

We are IG Team, a dynamic and growing team based in Chisinau, specializing in high-quality dispatch and logistics services for the USA market.

We are with IGT Logistics, an American freight brokerage, specializing in over-the-road trucking, as well as international shipping.

Currently, we are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative with a passion for the logistics industry.

Available Sign-Up Bonus of $1000 for candidates with 1 year of experience in the industry.

What you will be doing:

Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships;
Build strong relationships with trucking company key contacts (i.e., owner-operators, dispatchers and drivers);
Negotiate price, drive process and improve efficiency;
Maintain constant contact with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business agreements;
Provide exceptional service to carriers and customers;
Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system;
Communicate with internal customers & tracking teams to build trust and good relationships with our clients;
Resolve ad hoc logistics issues.

What we are looking for:

Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Competitive with high energy;
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills;
Sales experience is preferred but not required;
Full-Time Availability: Work from the office Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 00:00.
