After-Hours (Weekend Operations) start $300 net/month

We are IGTeam, a young and dynamic group of enthusiasts, providing dispatch and logistics services for the American transportation market right in the heart of Chisinau.

We are currently hiring for an After-Hours (Weekend Operations) position.

Core Duties:

• Effectively communicate any load info, updates, or details between customers and our internal departments;
• Prioritize updates daily - communicate with carrier stakeholders & update internally;
• Operate macro point, mapping tools, and CRM to ensure loads are picked up & delivered on time;
• Assist in data entry- specifically for load build + RFP.

Skills:

• Proactive - see issues before they happen;
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders;
• Ability to deal with different personalities (drivers, dispatchers, etc).

Salary Pay:

• Starting Net Pay: $300/month

Candidate requirements:

• Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
• Great communicational and negotiation skills;
• Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Must be a problem solver;
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
• Sales experience is preferred but not required;
• Availability to work Saturday-Sunday 15:00 - 00:00.
