Travel manager (free training provided)

BTS has opened position for a travel consultant. We provide free training and teach advanced sales techniques. We work with top systems in the travel and accommodation industry that will give you skills and knowledge applicable around the world. Responsibilities:
-You will process incoming calls and make outgoing calls on demand (5-12 requests per day).
-You will process travel request in the GDS software(have experience in AMADEUS, SABRE, APOLLO ), and contact customer back via email or phone call.
-You will be working in tandem with other agents in order to share and receive valuable experience.

Our requirements are:
-Above average verbal and written English.
-Evening and Night shifts availability due to time zone difference.
