Senior software engineer

We are looking for a talented engineer to join our remote engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer at iUNU, working on LUNA, you’ll have the following opportunities:
• Build features and infrastructure for iUNU's computer vision and cultivation management platforms.
• Scope, estimate and build solutions with significant greenfield.
• Design architecture and provide technical leadership to sprint teams.
• Give advice to and serve as a role model for junior engineers.
• Explore new tools and processes to speed up development on the team.

About You:
You craft solutions that balance the tradeoffs between technical and product goals. Given a nebulous project with many team members working on it, you have the ability to scope it, find a solution, implement and launch that solution.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years successful engineering industry experience;
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
• Love working with Ruby on Rails, Python and/or Javascript;
• Experience managing small teams and staff;
• Ability to prioritize project action items and handle multiple tasks;
• Foster a strong team environment and provide positive guidance to team members;
• English proficiency.
