Senior PHP developer (m/f)

Required skills
• 5+ years of experience working as a PHP Software Developer
• Expert knowledge of Symfony or Zend Framework
• Experience working with MySQL (Doctrine) and MongoDB
• Deeply understanding of OOP, AOP, REST APIs, Automated Testing and related concepts
• Strong problem solving and analytic abilities
• Habit of writing clear, understandable and well-documented code
• Experience with Big Data
• Familiarity with container-based infrastructure with Docker
As a plus
To be able to produce Clean Code even if there should be the need that you work on your own, you should have at least about 4 years of experience on working as an android developer.
But as you are well grounded when it comes to modern Android development as well as on how to write maintainable and performant object oriented Java, you can consider yourself fit to take it head on.
The primary language in our programming team is English. Therefore, you should be able to speak and write it fluently. Otherwise you’d miss the chance to benefit from the advantages of our open-minded team.
As we are placed in Germany, most of our team also speaks German. They would love you if you’re able to speak German, too. But that’s similar to experience with TDD (test-driven development). Nice to have, but not necessary
