HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Sales Engineer

Company:
International company, with worldwide presence, that sells industrial equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote sales of company’s equipment, achieving the company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover, profitability, stock/inventory and market share in the range of products in the territory of Moldova
• Visit clients on a regular basis, understand their needs and prepare customized technical proposals and commercial offers in Moldova
• Cooperate closely with the Service team to proactively respond to customer needs
• Consult with the direct manager proposal details such as pricing, type of product, parts, service, warranty
• Escalate any concerns, issues or requests with the immediate manager, while preserving the respect towards your colleagues

Requirements:
• Educational background in engineering
• Romanian, Russian - advanced, English – at least intermediate level
• Experience in engineering and commercial, industrial equipment sales in Moldova (industrial compressors, machinery, equipment) would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
• Driving License – B category
