In an effort to continue to continue to develop the firm in the region, Pedersen & Partners seeks to hire a Recruitment Lead for Middle East, Africa & India who will play a key role in growing the Pedersen & Partners team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for Pedersen & Partners across all levels
- Research of markets to identify the best potential candidates
- Building and managing relationships with candidates
- Efficient execution of recruitment assignments in a timely manner whilst acting as a brand ambassador for Pedersen & Partners
- Close cooperation with hiring managers
- PR and positioning of the firm towards the MEA&I markets
- To develop knowledge & understanding of the Executive Search industry in the region.
Profile:
Any nationality - Excellent communication and social skills
- Track record of conducting recruitment projects
- Past experience in Executive Search or as an in-house recruiter in any sector
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards
- Highly international mind-set and understanding of the cultural specifics of these regions
- Humble, practical, hands-on attitude, flexible, able to cope with high level management consulting issues as well as practical daily duties.
