QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our US Partner’s project. The project is aimed to build and maintain web, mobile and desktop texting platform. The project will employ latest cutting edge technologies and architectural approaches to guarantee that the technical solutions being built addresses the business requirements and match the Client’s standards.

Expected from the candidates and responsabilities:
• Previous experience in QA position and web testing
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (other languages – an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of different QA approaches and proven experience in Test Process Automation
• Experience working with Advanced Automation tools/frameworks
• SQL knowledge
• Lead automation efforts across a team
• Create and maintain automated functional tests for multiple services
• Write and execute load tests on the scale of many thousands of concurrent users
• Work independently across multiple teams, products, and services to deliver automation
• Assist in the review of test plans and automated cases from junior members
• Proactively communicate with the development team during the development cycle and participate in the design and documentation of new features
• Knowledge and ability to work with GIT and Jira (Agile)
• Understanding of coding standards and best practices of development
• Good spoken and written English

Advantage if you have:
• 3+ years writing test automation
• RESTful service testing experience
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems such as Jenkins
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Experience with deployment toolchain a plus (AWS, Docker)
