QA Engineer

In general - we are looking for a dedicated person to run QA tests on our platform while we are OOO (8pm to 9am the next morning).

We are looking for a devoted QA tester, who knows the digital advertising ecosystem and has a high level of technical understanding of ad-serving solutions. You will be the key, technical expert for QA, providing our dev team high level of quality assurance for our platform's UI-UX, with real-time alerts on platform bugs and issues.

Here is a description of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

QA: Purpose: make sure our platform runs without bugs.

QA KPI’s

Percentage of high/critical and escaped defects.

Percentage of bugs that were not detected before moving to production.

Percentage of rejects.

The role consists of the following responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications and technical design to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products features to meet client needs

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. business and product managers) to identify system requirements

Monitor debugging process results

Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
