Project manager

OPTASY is looking for someone who loves organization and working across teams for this Project Manager position. This Project Manager position will ensure the precise execution of web development projects and is for a results-oriented candidate. Based in the Chisinau area, this Project Manager position is a long-term employment opportunity.

Key responsibilities
- Set up project schedules, organize job files, track and monitor progress, route projects, and supervise status meetings
- Lead an efficient flow of work and information through the production departments
- Assist in the handling and organizing of materials to ensure the delivery of the most necessary elements of every project in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints

Job Requirements
- 4+ years of prior relevant experience Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Agile certification is an asset - Knowledge or experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Tools and Sharepoint is a definite asset
- Able to exercise independent discretion and act on it
- Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity
- Candidates must have proven skills in project management software like Microsoft Project - A track record of working with or in an accounting function with a key role in system projects preferred
- Candidates should have know-how in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modelling and testing methodologies development
- Capable of analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction
