REIS Group has been working in the real estate market for more than 5 years. Our portfolio includes carefully selected properties of all types, such as commercial and holiday properties which are located in well established markets like Cyprus and Dubai, as well as in new and growing markets such as Bulgaria and Moldova.
We are actively seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Moldova. He/she should be a dynamic, experienced multi-tasker. This position reports to the main office of Reis Group of Companies . Job Responsibilities
Specific job duties are varied and include (but may not be limited to) the following:
• Project planning and performance- plan and perform different projects, apply for the permissions by the authorities, do the paper work, fill all the necessary documents, organize and hire a staff for the project, negotiate conditions and sign a contracts with contractors, earn the necessary licenses, etc.
• Sending a monthly reports to the main office of the companies in regard with the projects and make a financial planning of the different projects.
• Facilities management- liaison with building management, oversee properties cleanliness and organization, search for tenants and buyers, represent the firm at tenant/ buyer meetings, prepare all documentation needed in regard with sale/ tenancy agreements, overseas emergency preparedness, etc.
The successful candidate must be energetic, committed to the cause, and possess excellent communication, teambuilding and negotiating skills. He/she should possess at least Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree . Additionally should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Skill in the use standard office equipment and computers, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, network, and presentation software
• Speak fluent English and Russian
• Driving license requiered
• Customer service attitude and demeanor
• Concise and accurate written communication skills
• Confident and precise verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and the willingness to pitch in wherever and whenever needed
• Project management skills
We offer a comprehensive and competitive salary from 1000-1200 euro per month and benefits package(accommodation possibility).
