Process Manager (manufacturing, a region in Moldova)

Job summary: process manager that will help to set up an entire production plant in a region of Moldova, help to improve the manufacturing solutions, will report to Production Manager and Process Manager Globally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing manufacturing solutions for new products and projects
• Providing continues improvement solutions for current production
• Responsible for creating and maintaining production documents such as flow chart, PFMEA, and work instructions
• Development of non-standard equipment and auxiliary equipment
• Definition and monitoring of process parameters within the whole production
• Definition and monitoring of the material flow within the production
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in similar process engineering position, gained in a manufacturing enterprise field at least 3-5 years
• Compliance with automotive regulations and standards (ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 etc.)
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English), GERMAN - advantage
• Technical education or other relevant studies
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
