Presales Consultant

THE COMPANY:
International IT company, which develops brokerage software for real estate companies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently on pre-sales activities which include:
• Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirement
• Strategic solution selling
• Solution presentation
• Participate in conference call discussions
• Solution Demonstration and Proof of Concept
• Business Solution Proposal
• RFI/RFP Preparation and Response
• Assist sales in technical qualification during the qualifying process
• Conduct routine updates/training sessions on the new products/ technologies and upgrades available to the internal sales staff.
• Conduct competitor’s product analysis; Write technical white papers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Presales Consultant is responsible for technical pre-sales support for the products that company resells and supports. He/ She will work with the Sales team in a Pre-sales role to develop and position solutions involving one, or many, of company solution range.
The main role is participating in implementation of projects, post sale support and vendor certifications.

EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT industry.
• Presentation-ready knowledge and product expertise on key technologies and solutions with a preferential expertise in one or two chosen solutions.
• Excellent Technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, servers and storage is essential.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in Romanian and Russian.
• Aptitude for solving problems and acting on own initiative
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
• A strong team player with a flexible approach
• Can demonstrate consistency in their work attitude
