Online casino dealer

Recruit Alliance is looking for Online Casino Dealers for our client— Philippine Online Casino Company (Manila Makati, Philippine).
Requirements:
• Can converse well in English Language
• Should be small-framed body, can fit our uniform.
• With good/confident online video projection, poise and gestures
• At least reached the secondary education
• With proven clean criminal and employment history
• Related working experience is not a must, we shall provide training for them after on-board.
• Detail-oriented, observant
• Can easily grasp instructions and procedures
• Focus; Attentive; Team player
• Can easily adapt with other culture
• Can work on a shifting schedules

Responsibilities:
• Deal cards according to the rules and procedures of the house
• Entertain guest online by being pleasant and accommodating all the time
• Should conform consistently with the grooming standards; video projection (poise and gestures)
• Maintain and comply with the required weight standards and body physique set by the Company and Operations.
• Participate in company activities
• Deal other casino games in accordance to house rules and game rules
• Performs other functions based on the Company and Operations’ standards.
• Other assigned functions and tasks if deemed necessary
• Attend Company events and activities.
• They will work on shifting, 8 hours/day, 6 working days, 2 rest days for rotation

Company Offers:
• Accommodation: 2 person/room, 3-4 rooms/apartment, within around 15 minutes walking to the casino .
• Provide food or meal allowance.
• One year employment contract and it’s renewable
• Health insurance in Philippines.
• Working visa (1 year)
• Payment of tickets in both parties
• Vacation: 20 days for home leave with one round trip ticket per year
• Range of salary: 1000-1200 USD $ per month
