Modeling assistant - 2d draftsmen

General description:
The assistant translates specific project requirements into 2D CAD drawings.
As a member of a project team the assistant delivers 2D CAD drawings to the project. engineers in a resource effective way.

List of main duties and responsibilities:
Draft detailes specifications of any system part of the project
- observe, measure, receive and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources like project engineers and/or clients;
- prepare preliminary design sketches from rough sketches, survey data, written and/or oral instructions;
- prepare and participate in design reviews.

Make and illustrate technical decisions within the scope of the project engineer instructions
- Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules of conclusion.

Project documentation:
- Support the in-house documentation and file management system.

Reporting to
- operational: Project engineer/project manager
- Hierarchically: Company responsible/manager

Computer skills fundamental
- AutoDesk AutoCAD 2D
- Microsoft Office
- Cyclone (Leica)
- Recap(Autodesk)
- English speaking and writing
- Communication skills.

Knowledge due to work experience
AutoCad course.
