To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer:
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
Higher technical education
Experience in automation / electronics / electrical or mechanical engineering field – minim 1 year
Romanian and English are a must
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Competencies in servicing and repairing industrial equipment
Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the maintenance activity from the technical point of view
Proposes and implements corrective / preventive actions for the activity in the maintenance
Supervises maintenance workers and evaluates them from technical point of view
Plans and undertakes scheduled maintenance
Installs and fits new parts in order to ensure equipment functionality
Ensures support in emergency cases, unplanned problems
Repairs and performs root cause analysis of breakdowns
Works with PLC programmer for quick problem solving and ensures that there is a continuous backup solution in case of breakdown
Keeps evidence of the conducted work; checks and ensures that the performance indicators are achieved
