The LHD is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing technical solutions and support at the clients location.
In this position you will be engaged directly client, and work closely with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support engineers.
The LHD manages all the technical aspects of client: proactively investigate client issues, perform corrective and preventative maintenance and manage escalations.
The LHD is part of the Customer Success Group.

‖ 1 - 5 years of relevant customer service (Phone or Email) and/or technical experience with a wide range of support and services applications
‖ Experience in working with customers Mandatory
‖ Experience with Windows Server Mandatory
‖ Analyzing and monitoring TCP\IP networks Mandatory
‖ Experience with Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu, CentOS) Mandatory
‖ Excellent communication skills Mandatory
‖ Fluent English Mandatory
‖ Experience in mobile devices platforms Advantage
‖ Experience with VM environments (VCenter, VSphere) Advantage
‖ Experience with application installing or upgrading, writing SQL queries, performing backup MS/SQL Advantage
‖ Experience with network monitoring platforms (Nagios) Advantage
‖ Familiar with mobile networks and protocols (GSM, UMTS, 2G-3G-4G,LTE) Advantage
‖ Experience with CRM system Advantage
‖ Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
‖ Strong analysis and problem solving skills

‖ Education: Technical, engineering degree and several years of experience in Cyber, Telecom, IT or Similar
