Responsibilities:
Main focus will be recruiting IT professionals.
Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: internet search, job boards, networking, external referrals, employee referrals, career fairs, professional associations/organizations, college alumni/associations, applicant tracking system, diversity sourcing, etc.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support current and future organizational needs.
Evaluating profiles/information on potential candidates and conducting initial phone screening to assess for their availability, interest, skill level, cultural fit, and network opportunities.
Documenting all communication.
Scheduling interviews with appropriate hiring managers and gathering and providing timely feedback while ensuring an efficient recruiting process.
Handling candidate pre-interview and new hire orientation paperwork.
On boarding preparation and set up.
Some HR support and additional Recruiting administration duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Bilingual spoken (very strong English & Romanian).
Bachelor degree.
Experience with advanced and non-traditional search and sourcing techniques to uncover talent.
Familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application), online web portals, search engines, and databases.
Available to work before/after typical office hours as workload may demand.
Some prior experience that involved recruitment duties is a plus.
Some IT knowledge is a plus.
