Essers - in international company, one of the largest and most successful logistics providers in Europe is looking for a Job for students for their office located in Chisinau


Working conditions:

- Work schedule:
5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00/09:30 to 18:30,
6 days a week(rotational shifts +400 MDL), from 07:00-14:00/ 7:30-14:30, Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00

Job responsibilities:
- Receiving and creating (updating) transport orders in our system
- Invoicing customers and partners
- Checking drivers’ activities (payroll drivers)
- Work with daily bank statement
- Book invoices in our system
- Make various reports in Excel

Main requirements:
- University degree in Economics/Marketing & Logistics/ Foreign Languages
- Good English (second foreign language is considered an advantage)
- Computer literacy, MS Excel
